PNCC Care（「我們」或「我們的」）致力於保護長輩用戶的隱私。本隱私權政策說明了我們在您使用 PNCC Care 應用程式時如何處理與保護您的資料。

PNCC Care ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of senior users. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and safeguard your data when using the PNCC Care application.

1. 我們處理的資料與使用目的 (Data We Process and How We Use It)

本應用程式採取完全本地化運作，我們不會收集任何個人識別資訊，亦不會將您的資料傳輸至外部伺服器。以下為本地運作所使用的資料：

The application operates completely locally. We do not collect personally identifiable information, nor do we transmit your data to external servers. Below is the data used for local operations:

A. 裝置動作與感測器數據 / Device Motion & Sensor Data

• 存取方式：本應用程式會存取裝置本地的加速度計與動作感測器。
• 使用目的：此數據完全在本地裝置上運算，用於執行本地摔倒偵測演算法。您的動作細節與感測器記錄絕不會被上傳至伺服器或與任何第三方分享。
• Access: The application accesses local device accelerometer and motion sensors.
• Purpose: This data is computed strictly on-device to run our local fall detection algorithms. No motion details are ever uploaded to any servers or shared.

B. 緊急聯絡人資訊 / Emergency Contacts

• 存取方式：由您手動在設定中輸入的緊急聯絡人電話。
• 使用目的：此資訊僅安全地儲存在您本地裝置中。當發生摔倒或平安計時器逾時，應用程式會直接調用本地系統發送警報簡訊至該聯絡人，絕不會將此聯絡人資訊上傳至雲端。
• Access: Handled locally through numbers manually inputted in settings by the user.
• Purpose: This information is stored securely only on your device. During an emergency, the app triggers local SMS alerts to these contacts, never uploading this details to any servers.

2. 無雲端儲存與位置追蹤 (No Cloud Storage or Location Tracking)

PNCC Care 不會主動在背景記錄或向外發送您的詳細 GPS 移動軌跡，亦不使用任何雲端資料庫儲存您的任何平安記錄。所有數據均封裝在您手機的本地沙盒中。

PNCC Care does not record or transmit your continuous physical GPS location tracks in the background, nor does it use cloud databases to store safety status logs. All data remains inside your device's local sandbox.

3. 用戶控制與資料清除 (User Control & Data Deletion)

由於本應用程式不支援任何帳戶創建或登入，我們不會為您保留任何線上帳戶或歷史雲端存檔。如果您希望清除應用程式中的所有設定與聯絡人資料，您可以直接在「設定」中移除所有聯絡人，或直接解除安裝應用程式，這將立即且永久清除您本地裝置中的所有相關檔案與資料。

Since the application **does not support account creation or login**, we do not maintain any online accounts or cloud archives for you. If you wish to delete all settings and contacts, you can clear them in Settings or simply uninstall the app, which immediately and permanently purges all local data from your device.
